Order Processing Time

Every jacket is carefully inspected and prepared before it leaves our facility.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (such as holiday sales), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always aim to notify you of any significant delays.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Outerhides is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@outerhides.com and we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Contact us at info@outerhides.com with your order number.
  2. We will investigate with our shipping carrier on your behalf.
  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
